Start with the container you will serve, then compare the cooler’s construction and decoration. A collapsible cooler, an open-bottom sleeve and a zippered bottle cooler are different shapes, even when their capacity labels look similar.

Check the actual container
Standard and slim cans can hold the same volume but have different shapes. Select the size offered for your chosen style, and compare it with the actual can, bottle or cup you will use. Do not assume a bottle cooler or coffee sleeve fits a standard can.
A can sleeve leaves the bottom open. A zippered bottle cooler opens at the back. Check the product photos and construction as well as the size label.
Separate body finish from artwork
Metallic describes a body finish on one style and printed artwork on another. Patch, decal, neon and blank choices also have different treatments. Use the selected style’s current print options to plan your design.
For printed coolers, choose the available front or front-and-back treatment and keep names, dates and logos readable at the final print size. A blank cooler has no printed artwork.
Plan the guest count and color split
For a wedding or event, start with how many people will receive a cooler, then add any extras you want for hosts or keepsakes. Enter quantities for each body color. Compare the complete quote for the same size, print treatment and sides rather than a category starting price.
Choose proof, then delivery
After product options and artwork, choose whether to request a digital proof and select an available delivery date. Check setup, proof, shipping and rush charges in the summary and your final checkout total. Entering an event date alone does not select delivery.
