The basics of using ReadyImprint and ordering custom promotional products.

Using our services
These terms apply to readyimprint.com and ReadyImprint’s product-and-quote connector. By using these services or placing an order, you agree to these terms. You must be able to enter a binding agreement and have authority to act for any organization or customer you represent. Provide accurate contact, delivery and order information, and protect your account credentials and private order links.
Quotes, prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars unless stated otherwise. An estimate applies to the configuration and quantity quoted; changing selections may change the price. Review the final order summary, including applicable proof fees, delivery charges and taxes, before paying. A price calculation or quote request alone does not place an order or reserve production capacity. Payment is handled through the available checkout process; purchase orders or credit terms require our confirmation. If we identify a pricing or availability error, we will contact you before proceeding with a changed order.
Your artwork and digital proofs
You must have the necessary rights to any artwork, logos, text or other content you provide. You retain your rights and permit us and our fulfillment providers to use that content to prepare, produce and support your order. Review spelling, layout, size, colors and other details carefully before approving a proof. Screen previews may differ from physical materials and printing. Requesting a digital proof does not approve artwork or authorize production. Proof and revision charges, if applicable, are confirmed through the ordering process.
Delivery, changes and returns
Production and delivery depend on your selected options, any required artwork approval and the commitments confirmed for your order. Contact us promptly if you need a change or cancellation; once production has begun, cancellation may not be possible. Custom products generally cannot be returned solely because you changed your mind. If an order is damaged, incorrect or does not match the approved proof because of our error, contact us with your order number and photos so we can arrange the appropriate remake or refund. Our Shipping & Returns policy explains the existing guarantees and process. These terms do not remove rights or remedies required by law.
Shopping assistants and automated access
Our public connector currently supports discovery and estimates only. It does not place orders, take payment, generate proofs or approve artwork. You remain responsible for reviewing an assistant’s proposed selections and any actions you authorize. Use the documented interfaces and respect request limits. Do not bypass access controls, rotate identities to evade limits, interfere with service, or attempt to retrieve private pricing tables or other people’s information. We may restrict abusive access to protect the service.
Site content and third-party services
ReadyImprint’s branding and site content remain the property of their respective owners. Access to the site does not grant permission to republish that content. Third-party services, including payment providers and shopping assistants, have their own terms. We work to keep information accurate and services available, but availability may be interrupted. Specific order commitments and rights required by law remain in effect.
Privacy, updates and contact
Our Privacy policy explains our handling of information. We may update these terms by posting a revised version and effective date. Changes apply prospectively and do not retroactively change confirmed order commitments. For questions or help with an order, contact support@readyimprint.com.
