Who this policy covers

ReadyImprint (also called Ready Imprint, “we” or “us”) operates readyimprint.com. This policy covers our website, customer support, ordering services, and public product-and-quote connector.

Information we collect

We receive the information you provide, including your name, email, phone number, organization, delivery address, account details, messages, product selections, deadlines, artwork and order information. We record quote and order status, payment references, support correspondence, and interactions such as opening a shared quote. Our systems and service providers also receive technical information such as IP addresses, browser details, request logs, page visits and referring sources.

How we use it

We use this information to respond to inquiries, prepare quotes and proofs, process and deliver orders, manage accounts, provide support, prevent fraud and abuse, and maintain business records. We also measure website use, referral sources and advertising performance. Marketing preferences can be changed by contacting us or using an unsubscribe option in a marketing message; essential order communications may still be sent.

Cookies, browser storage and advertising

Cookies and browser storage support carts, saved configurations, sign-in, checkout and abuse prevention. We store first and recent referral information, campaign details and landing-page paths in your browser with a 90-day validity window. Our quote-session cookie lasts up to 24 hours. Other records and provider cookies may have different lifetimes.

We use Google Analytics and an OpenAI advertising pixel, along with purchase-conversion reporting, to understand visits and advertising results. These providers may receive identifiers, page or checkout URLs, device information and transaction-event details such as order value and currency. Their use of information is also governed by their own privacy notices: Google and OpenAI. Advertising-related disclosures may constitute “sharing” or a “sale” under some privacy laws.

You can manage cookies and site storage in your browser, use tracking-blocking controls, or use Google’s Analytics opt-out tool. Blocking essential storage may affect sign-in or checkout. The site does not currently change its tracking behavior automatically in response to Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals. Contact us to make an applicable privacy or advertising opt-out request.

Who receives information

Service providers help us host the site, store files, send messages, process payments and fulfill orders. These include Stripe for payments, Resend for email and Cloudflare R2 for uploaded artwork, as well as production and delivery partners as needed for your order. Card details are handled by Stripe; our application uses payment references and status rather than storing your full card number. We may also disclose information to meet legal obligations, address fraud or protect rights, or as part of a business transfer subject to applicable law.

Artwork and third-party assistants

Upload only artwork you are entitled to share, and avoid confidential or sensitive personal information. Uploaded files may be accessible to anyone who has their file URL. If you use Muse or another assistant, that provider’s privacy policy governs what you share with it. Our public connector provides product information and estimates; it does not give the assistant access to customer accounts or saved orders. Quote requests should contain product selections only.

Retention, security and your choices

Retention depends on the record and its purpose, including order fulfillment, support, accounting, legal obligations and dispute resolution. Clearing browser storage does not delete server-side order or support records. We use safeguards to protect information, but no system can guarantee absolute security. Providers may process information in the United States and other countries.

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or obtain a copy of information, or to object to or opt out of certain processing. Email support@readyimprint.com to make a request or appeal our response. We may need to verify your identity and may retain records where legally required or permitted. We will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.

Children and policy updates

Our services are intended for adult purchasers, not children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and address it. We will publish policy changes here with a revised effective date and provide additional notice when required by law.
