Every order includes a free digital proof — usually back within a few business hours, often the same day. You'll see your artwork, colors, and layout exactly as it'll print. Need a change? Revise it until it's right. Nothing prints until you click approve.

The price you see is the price you pay. Your first imprint color is included, and if you add extra imprint colors or a custom base color, that cost is shown right in your live all-in price before you check out — never sprung on you after. (Sales tax applies only where required by law, and is removed automatically for verified tax-exempt orders.)
Artwork & proof
Sending us your artwork (it's easier than you think).
Want an exact brand color? Give us your Pantone (PMS) number and we'll match it as closely as the material allows. A custom base color may carry a one-time fee on some styles and quantities — if it applies, you'll see it in your all-in price before you check out. On-screen and printed colors can vary slightly between monitors and materials, so your digital proof shows our best representation.

Send a vector file — .AI, .EPS, .PDF, or .SVG — with fonts outlined. Vector art prints crisp at any size and means fewer revision rounds.

A high-resolution PNG or JPG (we recommend 300 DPI at print size for the sharpest result).
Only have a low-res logo or a sketch?
Send it anyway. Our in-house art team will redraw or clean it up for your free proof at no charge — you approve the result before we print a thing.
