Quality or accuracy issues are always on us
If your order doesn't match your approved proof, arrives damaged, or is wrong because of an error on our end, we remake or refund it. Report any issue promptly after delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll take care of it.
Buyer's-remorse returns
Custom items are made just for you and can't be resold, so we generally can't accept “changed my mind” returns. That's exactly why we give you a free digital proof and free physical samples before anything prints — so there are no surprises.
Cancellations
Need to cancel? If your order hasn't entered production, just message us and we'll sort it out. Once production starts, materials are already committed and we usually can't cancel — but reach out and we'll do whatever we can.

A few honest details
- The on-time guarantee covers production delays caused by us. We can't control carrier or weather delays once your package is in transit, so those fall outside the guarantee.
- Color matching is done to the closest Pantone (PMS) match the material allows; screens and materials can vary slightly from your digital proof. Order a sample if an exact match is critical.
- Production time starts at proof approval, not order placement. Late approvals move the timeline.
- Sales tax applies only where required by law and is removed for verified tax-exempt orders.
- Shipping coverage: we ship across the continental US. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, PO boxes, or APO/FPO addresses may have different options — message us before ordering and we'll confirm what's possible.
