Embroidered patches
Raised stitching
Raised stitching gives embroidered patches a textured finish, with choices of embroidery coverage, thread and backing.

Woven patches
Flat woven detail
Woven patches have a flat finish for detailed logos and lettering, with standard or metallic thread and a choice of backing.

Printed patches
Printed artwork and gradients
Printed patches reproduce detailed artwork and gradients, with backing and border choices for your design.

Chenille patches
Chenille patches give lettering and designs a fuzzy texture, with ordinary or metallic backing cloth and supported attachment backings.

PVC patches
Customize PVC patches with embossed, printed, glow or glitter effects, an optional debossed outline and a supported backing.

Leather patches
Choose PU or genuine leather patches with debossed, imprinted or black-filled artwork, a stock leather color and a supported backing.

Woven labels
Woven labels suit brand names and size information, with fold choices and standard or metallic thread.

Bullion patches
Hand-made bullion patches offer a decorative finish, with embroidery coverage, plain or iron-on backing and border choices.

Printed care labels
Printed care labels carry washing instructions or other product information, with a rectangular layout and fold choices.

Heat-transfer patches
Heat-transfer patches support multicolor artwork and gradients, with standard or pre-cut preparation.

Match the construction to the artwork
For a textured logo, compare embroidery coverage and thread choices. For small lettering or fine details, consider woven. For gradients and subtle color changes, start with printed. Review the final lettering and layout at the dimensions you intend to order.
Thread, border and backing choices vary by construction. Printed patches have no thread selector; chenille has a separate backing-cloth choice; labels use fold choices. Compare the options on the selected product before preparing the final artwork.
Measure both width and height
Measure both the width and height in inches. Review lettering, small details and the outline at the actual dimensions you intend to use.
Choose attachment and outline together
Choose a backing that suits how you plan to attach the patch. Plain, iron-on, tape and hook-and-loop choices depend on the patch construction. Confirm application needs for your intended fabric or surface.
Merrowed borders require a regular outline. Custom outlines need a supported cut border. Woven labels, printed care labels and heat transfers use rectangular layouts; label folds and transfer cutting choices are separate options.
