Throw, fitted or stretch: choose your event table cover
A throw drapes, a fitted cover follows the table’s rectangular form, and stretch spandex creates a snug outline. Start with the shape, then check your measurements, material and artwork.

Custom table throws drape over the tabletop and sides, with polyester and spandex material choices.
Choose a throw for a draped presentation. Measure your table and compare back coverage; a draped spandex throw is a different shape from a snug stretch-spandex cover.

Stretch Spandex
Custom stretch-spandex table covers create a snug shape around the table, in standard or thicker spandex.
Choose stretch spandex for a close-fitting outline. Match the table length, width and height; compare a throw if you prefer a loose drape.

Fitted Table Cover
Custom fitted table covers follow the table’s rectangular shape, with polyester and spandex material choices.
Measure the table’s length, width and height before choosing a fitted cover. Compare open, closed and zippered backs for the rear coverage and access you need.

Crossover Cover
Custom crossover table covers use stretch spandex with an open-leg shape, in standard or thicker fabric.
Choose crossover when you want the leg area exposed by the shape’s cutouts. Check all three table measurements; this style has no separate back-side selection.

Table Skirt
Custom table skirts cover the table’s sides while leaving the tabletop separate, with polyester and standard-spandex options.
Choose a skirt to decorate the sides of your table. Check the table measurements and rear coverage, and plan the tabletop covering separately.

Table Runner
Custom table runners add a printed strip across the table and over its edges, with polyester and thicker-spandex options.
Choose a runner for a narrower branded strip. Its size describes the cloth’s width and length, not a table’s dimensions. A table throw is not included in the runner price.

Measure your table’s length, width and height, then compare all three measurements with the selected size. These are table dimensions, not cut-fabric dimensions. Check the current size choices for your selected shape and material.

- 8' L × 29" W × 30" H
L = table length; W = tabletop width; H = table height. Runner sizes instead describe the cloth’s width × length in inches.
Compare material and rear access
Polyester and spandex choices depend on the shape. Stretch and crossover use spandex; throws and fitted covers offer polyester and spandex alternatives. Waterproof material is a polyester option.
Where offered, an open back leaves rear access, a closed back adds coverage, and a zippered back provides an opening in the closed rear panel. Crossover and runner shapes have no separate back-side choice. Compare the selected construction and its current price.
Put artwork on the fabric you will see
Plan the main logo for the guest-facing panel. Keep important text clear of folds, stretched corners and cutouts. Check that selected panels exist on the shape and back style; use the digital-proof choice to request review of the final layout.
Skirts have no tabletop print panel. Runners have front, top and back areas, with no end panels. A table throw is not included with a runner.
Plan quantity, proof and delivery together
Use the same size, material, back choice and print settings when comparing quantities. After product options, choose whether to request a digital proof, then select an available delivery date. Check proof and rush charges and your final checkout total. Adding an event date does not select a delivery service.
